What's the difference between a reset and a banked reset in this table?
Per OpenAI's Help Center, an automatic or global reset is applied directly to eligible usage limits and does not create a saved reset (delivery can take hours; see each event's Announced/Delivered line), while a banked reset is saved to your account and must be applied by you. The kind badge on each row follows the announcement's own wording; /banked-reset/ has the details.
